Requirements

• Educational Background: BA Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, Information Science, ICT and Other related fields.
• Experience: Four and above years of experience in area.
• Language: Proven proficiency of Afaan Oromoo, Amharic and English Languages is Mandatory.
• Duty Station: Head Office

Main Role and Responsibility:

• Follows up events in the Coopbank Alhuda for audio-visual documentation
• Records video on various events related to promotions, meetings and press conference for documentary purpose
• Takes photograph on meetings, press conference and other occasions and open for visitors on the internal display board
• Takes and edits photograph for annual magazines
• Compiles finished products for documentation, display, albums and framed prints
• Sets up photographic exhibitions to promote various activities undertaking in Process
• Displays on board photos concerning new product/ service launching, project agreement and other important events taking place such as branch opening, management meeting, shareholders meeting and trainings…
• Edits photograph and video inputs for promotion tasks
• Edits films and videotapes to insert music, dialogue, and sound effects, to arrange films into sequences, and to correct errors, for purpose of promotion
• Selects and combines the most effective shots of each scene in order to form a logical and smoothly running story of an event
• Determines the specific audio and visual effects and music necessary to complete films
• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in film editing, assembling and recording activities(outsource productions)
• Graphic designs for magazine and newspaper advertisements
• Develops design briefs by gathering information and data through research
• Produces new ideas and concepts of audio-video promotion
• Prepares and designs greeting cards for holidays
• Participates in designing calendar and diaries
• Generates new ideas/ creativity on audio-visual activity
• Presents finalised ideas & concepts and change promotion methods related audio -visual activity
• Keeps all documents confidentially
• Documents properly recorded audio-visual for further utilization
• Handles at an expert level all audio-visual equipment, video camera, photo camera, Tripods for light and video camera, sound systems and sound recorders
• Handles hard and soft copy recorded materials (CD, DVD, Mini-DV)
• Keeps photos in album chronologically
• Avails and provides video records for electronic media and advert firms as an input for advisement and promotion tasks
• Ensure adherence to the defined culture by demonstration of appropriate behaviour required to meet section’s demands and performance expectations.
• Report on the overall performance, activities and challenges.
• Prepares reports monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually as well as on ad-hoc basis as need be.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• Remuneration: As per the Bank’s salary scale and benefit scheme
• Terms of employment: Permanent after probationary period
