Position 1 – Customer Services Officer I

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.
Experience: 1 (One) relevant experience in a Bank or 2 years at Micro Finance institutions.

Duties & Responsiblities

Is responsible to make/Check front office customer service support at the branch.
will handle/Check account maintenance, payment and collection transactions and respond to customer enquiries,

handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

Position 2 – Customer Service Officer II

Qualification : Bachelor Degree in a business related field e.g. Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration
Experience: 2 (Two) years of relevant experience in a Bank.

Duties and responsibility:

Position 3 – Senior Customer Services Officer

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies
Experience: 5 (Five) years of relevant experience in a Bank

Duties and responsibility:

Provides front office customer service support at the Branch
Handles account management transactions
Respond to customer enquiries
Handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

Posiiton 4 – Branch Manager I

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or other related fields of studies.
Experience:Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience at a Bank out of which One (1) Year as Customer Services Manager or equivalent role.
Candidates applying for managerial positions shall possess key

competencies and skills:

Excellent teambuilding and analytical skill
Ability to work under pressure
Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques;
Excellent organizational skills;
Ability to distribute sales targets and production goals to staffers and manage achievement;
Knowledge of commercial business law, sector rules and regulations;
Results driven and customer focused
Leadership and human resources management skills
