Position 1 – Maintenace Planner

Key Duties and Responsibilities

To provide technical leadership and support to the plant in terms of asset management technology to enable the implementation of business strategies to leverage equipment, productivity, reliability, and maintainability, thereby enabling high plant availability and utilization at the lowest cost.
Deploy the asset management strategy.
Provide specialist asset management support.
Ensure that predictive maintenance techniques are implemented correctly.
Implement asset management system audits to evaluate data integrity.
Assist and coach staff in asset management principles and application.
Observe a safe, healthy, and risk-free working environment.

Job Requirements

First Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment

Position 2 – Market Development Specialist- Key Accounts

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Executes marketing activities in line with the overall strategy
Leads the review of target achievement versus plan in the regions
Uses market share results to develop competitor response tactics
Implements the channel plans based on the Sales & Marketing strategies
Implements segmented proposals to deliver transformational change with customers and consumers
Executes data driven promotional initiatives
Plan and distribute all campaign & permanent POSM
Arrange & follow up on POSM logistics
Plan for MIT and POSM placements
Develops channel specific initiatives to drive target achievement

Job Requirements

First Degree in Marketing/Management/Business Administration/ Economics or related field of study with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
Must have valid minimum Automobile/2nd grade driving license
